Position Overview:

EpicMetry is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Product Owner to join our team. As an Associate Product Owner, you will work closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, coordinate the development process, and ensure the successful delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating innovative and user-centric solutions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvements.
• Translate user requirements into clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and resolve any issues.
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and inform future enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to contribute to product strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in a product management or related role is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for technology and a desire to create innovative and user-centric solutions.
