Egnify is a cloud-based Assessment and Learning Analytics platform integrated with world-class Analytics to enhance conceptual clarity and Exam Readiness of the student.

We are a team of 20+ people (IITs, IIITs, IIMs, NITs) serving 4,27,000 students, 28,000+ teachers in 400+ institutes across 28 cities in 4 states. Our target is to reach 10 lakh students by end of the academic year 2020. We were awarded the "Best Learning Analytics company of the year" by Brainfeed Magazine and the "Best Mobile App of the Year" from IIT Varanasi.

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate to work at an education start-up and build new products and features, from the idea stage to launch. Your main responsibilities include understanding user requirements and pain points, envisioning smart product solutions to the problems and creating, prioritising and executing the product roadmap.

• Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, including problem definition, product strategy/road map, road map execution, customer needs, requirement/use case definition
• Excellent in product feature prioritization
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and prototypes
• Always be in sync with the user needs and pain points
• Apply your analytical capabilities to identify user trends and come up with actionable insights
• Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in product management
• MBA from tier I institute, Engineering background is preferred
• Demonstrably strong design sense
• Preferable from Startup background
• Good eye for details with a hands-on and can do attitude
• Experience with web and mobile app is a plus
• Excellent communication Skills
• Comfortable with Numbers and Excel
