Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager with a strong eye for design and a deep understanding of design language. You will work closely with the Lead PM to drive customer experience (CX).

Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Lead Primary and Secondary Customer Research to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Work closely with Design to ensure a high-quality, intuitive user experience aligned with strong design principles.
• Collaborate with the team to drive CX improvements across key product journeys.
• Translate insights into actionable product recommendations and roadmap items.
• Define success metrics, goals, and milestones for products you own.
• Track product funnels regularly and identify areas for improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Own end-to-end product execution - from problem definition to launch.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from a Tier-1 institution.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business/Technology Analysis, or Data roles.
• Strong product intuition with a commitment to raising the bar on design, UX, and product quality.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of problem statements.

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of design systems, UX principles, and design language.
• Experience with analytical tools, product instrumentation, and experimentation.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner deeply with Design and Engineering.
