Associate, Private Capital

JOB OVERVIEW

Private Pension Partners Investments Inc. (“P3I”) is seeking an Associate, Private Capital to join our investment’s team.  As the Associate, Private Capital, you will be responsible for managing and growing capital raised through P3 Investments’ direct investor distribution channel. This individual will act as both a capital raiser and primary relationship manager, owning the end-to-end investor lifecycle from initial engagement through subscription, funding, and ongoing investor relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive capital-raising efforts across P3 Investments’ direct distribution investor list;

Manage inbound and outbound investor engagement related to current and future private real estate offerings;

Conduct suitability and investment discussions with prospective and existing investors in accordance with exempt market requirements;

Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned direct investors, maintaining regular communication and long-term engagement;

Support ongoing investor relations activities, including performance updates, new offering launches, and liquidity communications;

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of P3 Investments’ strategies, structures, and the underlying real estate market and assets; and

Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to refine investor messaging and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related investment sales role;

Strong understanding of private investment structures, including LPs, private REITs, and exempt market products;

Experience operating within a regulated sales environment;

Proven ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and close capital;

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills;

CRM proficiency and strong organizational discipline; and

Canadian securities licensing or ability to obtain required registration.
