• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach, mentor, and guide the Scrum team in Agile values, principles, and best practices.
• Mentor and support the offshore development team to ensure alignment, improve delivery maturity, and strengthen collaboration with onshore members.
• Support team members in improving delivery discipline, ownership, and cross-functional capabilities.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, refined, and prioritized.
• Remove impediments and blockers to enable smooth sprint execution across onshore and offshore teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and actionable retrospectives.
• Enable seamless communication and coordination between onshore and offshore teams.
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and team capacity.
• Protect the team from interruptions, scope creep, and external distractions.
• Drive cross-team alignment and help manage dependencies across squads.
• Facilitate conflict resolution, encourage collaboration, and support decision-making.
• Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders about progress, risks, and issue
