Requirements
• Experience : 9-12 Years
• Proven experience working with multi-technology integrated systems, with the ability to manage integration and communication between systems and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated successful track record in large-scale business transformation, global program management, and project management.
• Strong expertise in API Management (APIM) and integration architecture, with hands-on experience across platforms such as SAP ERP, CPQ, bFO, and bFS.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end service processes, service flows, and cross-platform interactions.
• Experience leading gap analysis, requirements consolidation, and solution design in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to make architectural decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working as a liaison between business and IT teams globally.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise design, build, and test activities across multiple teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
 
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end integration for business Field Service (bFS), collaborating closely with all stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Capture, challenge, and consolidate business requirements, ensuring they are fully considered and translated into integrated digital solutions.
• Assemble and supervise the design, build, and testing of solutions across multiple platforms to deliver bFS end-to-end functionalities (including bFO, CPQ, SAP ERP, bFS, etc.).
• Act as the key integrator with strong end-to-end process knowledge of service journeys, service flows, and cross-platform interactions.
• Lead and coordinate gap analysis activities, identifying integration (and, when applicable, functional and process) gaps across systems and service flows.
• Drive gap resolution in collaboration with business, IT, and digital stream owners, ensuring alignment with target end-to-end solutions.
• Make architectural decisions considering system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Serve as the interface between business and various technical teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Plan project phases and deployment timelines in coordination with global stakeholders from both technical and business teams.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
