REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 9 years+ 
• Strong experience in Product Ownership, Planning, and Roadmapping.
• Experienc as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Hands-on Shopify Admin experience (mandatory): store setup, products, pricing, payments, shipping, apps, APIs.
• Experience in eCommerce (FMCG/Retail/D2C/Marketplace) domains.
• Ability to convert business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience with distributed teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe (good to have).
• Experience with JIRA/Agile tools and data-driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of customer journey and conversion optimization.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own product roadmap and execution for Shopify platform.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, reviews).
• Work with tech teams on Shopify configs, integrations, and enhancements.
• Improve customer experience and platform performance.
• Track KPIs and product metrics for continuous improvement.
• Identify risks/dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business teams.
• Ensure delivery of scalable and high-performing eCommerce solutions.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
