We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical professional to support key operational processes and ensure high‑quality service delivery across our financial operations. Reporting to the Associate Director, Portfolio Operations, you will focus on:

Transaction & Pricing Accuracy

Ensure accurate processing of client transactions, correct booking of corporate actions, and precise security pricing.

Portfolio Pricing Reviews

Review pricing for equities, bonds, derivatives, and other instruments, sourcing data from vendors such as Bloomberg and ICE when needed.

Reconciliation & Reporting

Operate reconciliation systems to deliver accurate positions and P&L reporting.

NAV Reviews (Net Asset Valuation Reviews)

Perform NAV checks and investigate period‑over‑period changes.

Client Onboarding

Support smooth onboarding for new clients.

Counterparty Collaboration

Liaise with custodians, brokers, and other partners to resolve breaks and enhance processes.

Client Service

Respond to internal and external client queries efficiently and ensure all SLAs are met.

• University degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education 

• Preference will be given to candidates who have one to two years of experience within the investor services, asset management industry or other financial services industry
