Role

At Visium, you'll have the opportunity to take on an entrepreneurial role, contributing to the organization’s growth and finding innovative ways to create meaningful impact for clients. Your mission will involve advising C-Level executives on their AI & Data strategies and guiding large-scale digital transformations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and a key source of strategic insight, overseeing and nurturing long-term client relationships while ensuring the highest quality of delivery.

As an Associate Partner you will be responsible for:

• Creating new business opportunities and expanding existing ones. Rely on your extensive network and collaborate with our business development team to create new business opportunities in LifeScience.
• Engage with our client’s C-level stakeholders to understand their Data and AI related challenges, developing solutions and support them in implementing and scaling them in a sustainable way.
• Lead and collaborate effectively within large cross-functional teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and provide leadership and direction to elevate our delivery capabilities.
• Lead engagement teams in developing logical and insightful analyses; innovative & effective recommendations and high-quality deliverables.

Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will play an active role in practice development.

Requirements:
What we are looking for

• Director, Associate Partner/Partner level (or equivalent title) experience at a consulting firm.
• Data Science background and specialization across LifeScience & Healthcare are required.
• Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that leads to successful client engagements.
• Demonstrated ability with the management of a portfolio of healthcare clients generating 7 figures in revenues in a consulting-like industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and implement and scale solutions for challenging business situations.
• Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English. French and/or German are considered a plus.
