Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Mid-Level Product Acceptance Specialist in San Antonio, TX
Applicants must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
Position Responsibilities:
Level B
• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
• Provides objective evidence of results.
• Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
• Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
• Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
• Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Level C
• Verifies product conformance to design requirements.
• Provides objective evidence of results.
• Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures. Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items.
• Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.
• Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
• Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 1+ years of experience working with and supporting Quality Management System (QMS)
• 1+ years of experience interpreting manufacturing blueprints
• 1+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
• 1+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes
• Must have analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Associate’s degree or higher
• 1+ years of knowledge with technical experience in an aerospace environment
• 3+ years of experience working in teams/work groups
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in military aviation
• 1+ year of experience supporting military aviation life support programs, preferably with F-15, F-18, and or similar platforms

Travel:
This position may require up to 10% travel.

Summary pay range: USD (Associate) Level 2 $49,300 - $66,700
(Mid-Level) Level 3 $58,650 - $79,350
