Associate or Experienced Procurement Analyst (Procurement Analyst-General)

Boeing Global Services, Government (BGS-G) Post Award is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Associate or Experienced) to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. The ideal candidate will provide support across the BGS-G Supplier Management teams, emphasizing metric development, automation, report creation, and key data insights. This role requires a strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, quality assurance, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
• Provide support across BGS Business with a focus on metric development & automation, report creation, and key data insights.
• Lead the implementation of dashboards and Post Award metrics to enhance data accuracy, improve forecasting models, and enable the team to more efficiently achieve business goals and objectives
• Focus on month-end business metrics for leadership
• Ensure alignment of consistent metric and data definitions across the business.
• Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of integrated data and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with data owners and sources.
• Validate metrics against raw data from source systems.
• Work closely with director analysts, data architects, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and integration needs.
Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills/Experience):
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficient experience with Excel Macros (VBA) to develop, debug, and maintain automated data processing and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and quality assurance processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, procurement, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SQL & data visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of government business processes and regulations.
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence application and deployment in procurement systems
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Hazelwood, MO.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay Level 2: $69,700 – $82,000
Summary pay Level 3: $88,400 – $104,000
