PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti è lo studio professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.

Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento legale che si occupa di Massive Litigation Management di Roma, TLS è alla ricerca di neolaureati in Giurisprudenza o professionisti abilitati alla professione di Avvocato, che vogliano consolidare la propria esperienza professionale nell'ambito della gestione dell’attività di contenzioso civile e commerciale.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

• redazione degli atti e preparazione dei fascicoli relativi alle attività di contenzioso;

• contenzioso tributario;

• formattazione dei documenti ai fini dei depositi telematici;

• gestione delle scadenze.

Il candidato ideale:
•

• è dinamico e ha una spiccata propensione per il lavoro in team;
• ha un forte interesse per la professione e, in particolare, per l’attività di contenzioso;

• ha un'ottima conoscenza delle piattaforme tecnologiche di supporto alla gestione delle pratiche e un'ottima propensione all'utilizzo dei sistemi informatici;

• ha un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Costituisce un requisito preferenziale, l'aver maturato familiarità nell'utilizzo di strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale o comunque la propensione ad apprenderne le modalità di impiego.
