The Associate, Marketing Communications plays a key role in shaping how Pier 4 shows up externally for our investors and our residents. This role supports brand storytelling, investor communications and digital content initiatives. This is an opportunity to help shape a brand and drive awareness during an exciting period of expansion. It’s ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, creative, and energized by working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Communications
Draft clear, compelling content for websites, newsletters, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral
Support the development and execution of brand campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Pier 4’s values and visual identity
Assist with content planning, editorial calendars, and analytics tracking
Investor & Corporate Communications
Support the creation of investor updates, fact sheets, reports, and presentations
Help translate complex information into accessible, polished communications
Contribute to ESG storytelling and impact reporting
Work with the sales team to create compelling sales support, articles and emails
Digital & Creative Support
Coordinate updates to the website and digital platforms
Assist with light graphic design, layout, and visual content creation (experience with Canva or Adobe tools is an asset)
Manage photo, video, and content libraries
Figma experience considered an asset but not required
Project Coordination
Support cross‑functional projects and ensure timelines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track
Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners as needed
Contribute to process improvements and documentation
Education/Experience
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics
Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) considered an asset
A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in branding, and real estate
