 Associate Managers in this role get to:
• Set the path to success: Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates and/or new hires
• Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
• Drive Sutherland forward: Make recommendations to enhance processes and boost ease and efficiency; Drive and coordinate internal strategic initiatives 
• Keep Sutherland grounded: Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines
• Take the lead: Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels and serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education
• Manage external relationships with vendors

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
• Reliability in following through with commitments and responsibilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
• Proficiency in English - written and verbal on a min B2 level
• Proficiency in any other European language will be a plus
• Proficiency to work in MS Office
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the high-volume recruiting
• Experience in a Supervisory role will be considered as an advantage
• Must be able to work onsite at our Sofia, Bulgaria location, with an option for hybrid working model
