What are we looking for?
The Finance and Reporting team of the German branch is looking for two
professionals to join the team:

• One Associate position.

• One Manager position.

Both roles will contribute to the preparation and analysis of regulatory and tax
reports related to the Digital Business, working closely with the Head Office.

Professional experience and skills
For the Associate role:

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting.

For the Manager role:

• Between 5 and 10 years of experience in regulatory reporting, preferably with team coordination or project responsibility.

For both roles:

• Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting in Germany.

• Experience in a financial institution or an auditing/consulting firm.

• Strong understanding of payment systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Solid data analysis skills and experience working with reporting data.

• Programming knowledge (e.g. VBA, SQL) — not required but considere an advantage.

Languages:

• German: high level (required).

• English: good working knowledge.

• Spanish: not required but a plus.

Other skills

• Team player.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver local statistical, regulatory, and tax reports for the Digital Business to the Deutsche Bundesbank and other relevant authorities.

• Perform regular controls to ensure data quality and consistency with the balance sheet and P&L statements.

• Use data analysis tools and methodologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes.

• Resolve regulatory (ad hoc) issues arising in daily operations, incollaboration with business areas.

• Continuously improve processes and controls through automation.

• Support the maintenance of the BAIS reporting software (updates, new releases, hotfixes, etc.) and interface adjustments with IT.

• Analyze and promptly implement new regulatory requirements.

• Prepare documentation and information for internal and external auditors.

Das Finance & Reporting Team der deutschen Niederlassung sucht zwei engagierte Fachkräfte zur Verstärkung des Teams:

• Eine Position als Associate.

• Eine Position als Manager.

 Beide Rollen tragen zur Erstellung und Analyse von aufsichtsrechtlichen und steuerlichen Meldungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Digitalbankgeschäft bei und arbeiten eng mit dem Hauptsitz zusammen. 

Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse

Für die Associate-Position:

• Zwischen 3 und 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich aufsichtsrechtliches Meldewesen.

Für die Manager-Position:

• Zwischen 5 und 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung im aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldewesen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Teamkoordination oder Projektverantwortung.

Für beide Positionen:

• Fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Berichterstattung in Deutschland

• Erfahrung in einem Finanzinstitut oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs-/Beratungsgesellschaft.

• Gutes Verständnis von Zahlungssystemen.

• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel.

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Reporting-Daten.

• Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. VBA, SQL) sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.

Sprachen

• Deutsch: sehr gute Kenntnisse (erforderlich).

• Englisch: gute Arbeitskenntnisse.

• Spanisch: nicht erforderlich, aber von Vorteil.

Hauptaufgaben

• Erstellung und Übermittlung lokaler statistischer, aufsichtsrechtlicher und steuerlicher Meldungen für das Digitalgeschäft an die Deutsche Bundesbank und andere relevante Behörden.

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Konsistenz mit Bilanz- und GuV-Daten.

• Einsatz von Datenanalysetools und -methoden, um die Effizienz und Genauigkeit der Reporting-Prozesse zu verbessern.

• Bearbeitung aufsichtsrechtlicher Ad-hoc-Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.

• Kontinuierliche Prozess- und Kontrolloptimierung durch Automatisierung.

• Unterstützung bei der Wartung der BAIS-Reporting-Software (Updates, neue Releases, Hotfixes etc.) sowie bei Schnittstellenanpassungen mit der IT.

• Analyse und zeitnahe Umsetzung neuer regulatorischer Anforderungen.

• Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Unterlagen für interne und externe Prüfer.
