Position Summary:
• Lead tools development team for new product launch projects (NPD), ensure effective communication with stakeholders, secure project launch, establish tools specifications, qualify suppliers, and provide technical solutions to resolve tools issues.

Responsibilities:
• 1.Secure successful launch for new innovation projects
• a)Develop tools according to marketing project briefs.
• b)Develop tools for dual sourcing, product redesign projects.
• c)Provide Technical support for customer complaints trouble shooting and problem solving.
• d)Work with Regulatory and legal team to conduct patent check and ensure developed products free to operation.
• e)Work with suppliers to identify existing and new technologies and product concepts and adapt to the e.l.f. requirements for commercialization.
• f)Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• g)Provide updates at project milestones and inform relevant parties of technical and timing issues.
• h)Conduct tests to qualify new tools.
• i)Create tools specifications and control plans.
• j)Ensure all projects are completed and meet the intended design, quality, cost, functionality, manufacturability, regulatory, and consumer safety requirements.
• k)Setup claim related process and method with US PD and build database to support business needs
• l)Study raw material of tools, and compare the advantage among different raw material
• m)Design product with PD and set performance related parameters

• 2.Lead tools research on sustainable contributions
• a)Conduct and support tools sustainability projects for innovation launches and post-launch projects
•

• 3. Lead technical support with suppliers to meet business requirements.
• a)Manage and support the development of new tools for innovation projects and capacity expansion projects within a short timeframe while ensuring the right quality.
• b)Participate in tools lean projects to achieve cost savings.
