Associate Manager-Infrastructure Services(Windows/ADFS/Virtualization)-Saudi

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Associate Manager for our Infrastructure Services team, with a strong focus on Windows, ADFS, and Virtualization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations, implementation, and support of our clients' infrastructure services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Your leadership will guide a team of engineers and support staff as they deliver exceptional service and solutions.

As the Associate Manager – Infrastructure Services, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with client needs and business goals. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing the technological backbone that supports our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of infrastructure engineers and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of Windows servers, ADFS, and Virtualization technologies.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of infrastructure services through monitoring and proactive maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design effective infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for system administration, security, and disaster recovery.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and manage budgets for infrastructure projects and operations.
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing infrastructure services, with a focus on Windows, ADFS, and Virtualization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and related identity management technologies.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
