Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join the Founders’ Office team, working directly with the leadership to drive business strategy, operational excellence, and special initiatives. This high-impact role offers exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional problem solving, and scaling business operations in a hyper-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the founders to define, track, and execute the company’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives.

• Business Operations: Design and implement processes to drive operational efficiency across

• Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for key leadership decisions, including new markets, partnerships, and investment areas.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: MBA from a top-tier B-School in

• Experience: 5-8 years of progressive experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting. Prior exposure to technology, IT services, or analytics-driven organizations preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen with a track record of structuring and delivering complex projects.
