We are seeking an Associate Lawyer in the legal practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Georgia LLC.

Job Description Summary
The associate will provide legal support to senior lawyers in corporate/M&A, commercial transactions, litigations and with general business law related inquiries. The associate will be required to regularly undertake extensive, high-quality research, draft necessary legal documents and support senior associates with various client related tasks.

Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a law school in Georgia;
• LLM degree will be a competitive advantage;
• At least 2 years of previous law practice experience in a law firm or in house is a must;
• Strong legal writing and research skills are must;
• Strong knowledge 0f Georgian civil and administrative law;
• Strong working knowledge of English, both verbal and written;
• Strong analytical, communication skills (verbal and written) and good attention to the details are required;
• Self-motivation, ability to work under pressure;
• Self-discipline, accuracy and ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines.
• Capable of working in a team environment;
• Computer literacy.
