Mental Health Group Facilitator Position Summary:

Seeking Associates or Therapists to take on a small case load for EMDR (when necessary) and Group Facilitation

Responsibilities:

Lead group activities

Maintain documentation

Ensure safety and respect for diversity

Supervision provided for group and one-on-one hours

Qualifications:

Registration/Certification in a related field

1 year+ experience with mental illness/substance abuse for Associates

Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance

Pass background and medical checks

EMDR certified

Skills:

Group facilitation

Documentation and computer skills

Cultural and lifestyle diversity awareness

Schedule:

Flexible, 6-10 hours per week (potential for more depending on rapport), Monday-Sunday including holidays

ON-CALL needed Monday-Thursdays
