Support the development and implementation of employment law processes, frameworks, and infrastructure in a scaling and evolving organisation.

Manage employment-related disputes and claims, including coordinating with and overseeing external counsel where required.

Advise on employee mobility, remote work arrangements, cross‑border employment issues, and works council/employee representative matters.

Monitor and interpret changes in EMEA employment laws and regulations, providing proactive, practical guidance to stakeholders.

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business teams to ensure alignment with company values and risk appetite.

What We Look For In You

Qualified lawyer in an EU or EMEA jurisdiction, with the ability to practise in at least one European jurisdiction.

Strong expertise in employment and labour law, with experience advising across multiple EMEA countries.

Proven ability to operate effectively where processes are still being built, with experience creating structure and legal infrastructure from scratch or improving existing frameworks.

Commercial, pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.

Experience working cross‑functionally with HR/People teams and senior business stakeholders.

Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative and trusted team player.

Strong communication, drafting, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Flexibility to work across EMEA time zones and travel when needed
