Role Summary
We are seeking a Associate Finance Controller to lead accounting operations for us. This role will play a pivotal role in preparing the company for future fundraising / IPO / acquisition by building a scalable, audit-ready accounting engine that can handle high-volume transactions and providing the management reports directly from the accounting system.
Qualification : CA
Experience :
• 4 to 6 years
• Must have prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or Technology company.
• Big4 audit firm experience background preferred.
Technical Skills :
• Proficiency with SaaS-specific ERPs - like NetSuite
• Experience in GL postings, review and book closing
• Experience in end to end P2P process and O2C process
• Partner with FP&A team and liaise in month close and preparation of MIS.
• Working experience Tax and Compliance matters (Direct taxes and Indirect taxes)
• Own the financial tech stack. Lead the integration of the ERP e.g., NetSuite with expense management tools.
• Automate manual reconciliations in all areas of controllership team.
• Experience in managing ESOP's
• Experience in managing team with good communication skills
• Preparation of stand alone and consolidated financials with schedules.
Expected Joining Timelines: 30 to 45 days (notice period). Immediate Joiner's preferred.
Working: Hybrid with 3 days minimum working from office.
Package: Negotiable as per the industry standards.
