In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality corporate secretarial and legal administration for closed‑end fund structures, helping clients stay compliant while building strong relationships and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day governance operations. You’ll work closely with your team, use your judgment to spot issues early, and contribute to an environment where continuous improvement and professional growth are encouraged.

What you'll do

• You’ll handle core corporate secretarial and administrative duties for closed‑end fund structures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• You’ll build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering timely and client‑centric solutions.
• You’ll review information with a critical eye, escalating significant findings and recommending practical solutions.
• You’ll apply your knowledge of relevant legislation to keep entities compliant with the Companies Act, Financial Services Act, and other applicable regulations.
• You’ll collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to ongoing improvements across processes and client service delivery.

About You

 

• You hold a relevant degree or are qualified/partly qualified in ICSA or ACCA/ACA (Level 1–2).
• You have experience in corporate secretarial, corporate administration, or the global business sector.
• You understand corporate governance requirements and have practical experience handling secretarial matters.
• You have strong knowledge of the Companies Act, Financial Services Act, and regulations impacting Global Business in Mauritius.
• You are detail‑oriented, client‑focused, and eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
