We are looking for an Associate Enterprise Applications Engineer to join the company’s IT Applications team. The role involves supporting, monitoring, and improving business applications, internal tools, and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and the continuous improvement of business workflows.
The candidate will work closely with other business departments to resolve issues, enhance operations, and develop internal applications and automations that support daily operations.

Responsibilities
• Providing 1st and 2nd level support for the company’s business applications.
• Investigating and resolving operational issues, application errors, and user incidents.
• Monitoring application performance and identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of improvements or new system functionalities.
• Supporting the development of internal tools, automations, and applications that improve daily operations.
• Participating in application and new functionality testing before production release.
• Documenting issues, solutions, and key system processes.
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Basic understanding of business applications and information systems.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of enterprise applications and business systems.
• A problem-solving mindset with analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical users.
Nice to Have
• Experience or basic knowledge of applications such as: Entersoft ERP, Aberon WMS, Jira.
• Interest or basic experience in application development, web technologies, or integrations (e.g., APIs, web applications, mobile integrations).
• Interest in understanding business processes in logistics, operations, and warehouse management.
