Role Overview:
BlackRainbow are looking for an Associate Enablement Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical post-sales activities within the Black Rainbow’s Solution Delivery team.

Over the past two decades, we have partnered with investigators in more than forty countries to deeply understand their challenges and deliver solutions tailored to the needs of both investigators and analysts.
Who We Are Looking For:
The Associate Enablement Consultant will work with our team to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of NIMBUS within customer environments. They will identify gaps in customer knowledge and design and deliver materials to bridge these gaps. We are looking for someone with excellent written communication skills and, ideally, experience with video production, to create documentation and video content. They will also be comfortable exploring and delivering self-serve materials for the BlackRainbow suite of products.
Key Responsibilities:
In this client facing role you will be expected to:
Create and deliver self-serve materials, including e-learning and video content
Identify gaps in customer knowledge and design materials to bridge these gaps
Learn, document, and share best practices and re-usable assets with Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (Sales, Pproduct, Delivery, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
Create and develop both internal documentation and initiatives to improve understanding and communication between business functions.
Record, communicate, and work to resolve any risks or issues that may impact project deadlines.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience creating informative video content
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to learn and adapt autonomously
Excellent general information technology skills
Enthusiasm in learning new technologies
Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment
Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
Ability to fulfil all requirements to achieve Security Clearance (SC) and NPPV3
Desirable:
Familiarity with Forensic processes and tools
Experience with Learning Management System Administration
Experience public speaking
