Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for leaders and colleagues on HR policies, processes and procedures through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and timely case resolution.
• Provide direction on the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, time off, offboarding, etc.) and support users navigating LSEG’s HRIS.
• Implement end‑to‑end HR transactions, including contracts, background checks, onboarding, lifecycle changes and offboarding within SLAs.
• Handle employment documentation, respond to personnel file requests/subpoenas and coordinate with HRBPs on unemployment claims.
• Partner with external vendors to maintain accurate leave status updates and support Employee Relations with sensitive leave cases.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility on international assignments, transfers and visa administration.
• Contribute to lifecycle process improvement projects through testing and feedback.
• Maintain employee data in Workday and perform regular data management, compliance checks, audits and reporting.
• Build and interpret reports, dashboards and metrics to find opportunities to improve HR services, tools and processes.
What do you need to bring?
• Proficiency in English and 2–3 years of HR or consultative experience (HR Systems & Administration, HR Operations or Employee Relations).
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or similar HRIS/case management tools.
• Proven understanding of HR policies, procedures and transactional HR support; knowledge of US employment law is a plus.
• Collaborative excellent teammate who can also work independently and follow established processes.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical, consultative and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential information, manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; sophisticated Excel skills.
• Clear communicator; innovative, client‑focused and effective in a global matrix environment.
• Self‑motivated, curious and eager to learn.
