• 日々配信するニュース記事の執筆
• 鮮度が高く有益な情報のピックアップ
• オリジナルコンテンツの企画＆制作
• カルチャーの発展に貢献するデザイナーやアーティストへのインタビュー
• 『Hypebae Japan』の成長戦略立案およびブランディングの向上
• 社内外における生産的なリレーションシップの構築

必須スキル・条件::
• 1～2年程度のライター業務経験
• 外国人と難なくやり取りができる程度の英語力（1年程度の海外留学等の国際経験）
• 『Hypebae Japan』が配信するコンテンツへの知識と理解
• Photoshopの簡単な操作が可能

歓迎スキル・経験::
• ファッション及び、国内外におけるストリートカルチャー、ビューティー/コスメに関する業務経験・知識
• 動画の撮影・編集技術
• 業務としてのSNSアカウント運用の経験
• PR会社などでのインフルエンサーキャスティング経験

Responsibilities::
• Writing news articles to be distributed daily.
• Picking up fresh and useful information.
• Planning and producing original content.
• Interviews with designers and artists who contribute to the development of culture.
• Developing growth strategies and improving branding for "Hypebae Japan".
• Building productive relationships both inside and outside the company.

Requirements: :
• 1-2 years of experience as a writer.
• English proficiency sufficient to communicate comfortably with foreigners (international experience such as studying abroad for about a year).
• Knowledge and understanding of the content distributed by "Hypebae Japan".
• Proficiency in Photoshop operation.

Preferred Skills & Experience::
• Work experience and knowledge related to fashion, domestic and international street culture, beauty/cosmetics.
• Video shooting and editing skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts as part of a business.
• Experience casting influencers at a PR company, etc.
