We are seeking an innovative and visionary Associate Director - Urban Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will spearhead urban design projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, and shape the future of our cities through sustainable and smart urban development strategies.

• Lead and manage urban design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client needs and regulatory requirements
• Develop and present innovative urban design solutions that address complex urban challenges and enhance the quality of life in cities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, planners, engineers, and environmental specialists to create integrated design solutions
• Oversee the production of master plans, design guidelines, and detailed urban design schemes
• Manage client relationships and participate in business development activities to secure new projects
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in urban design, sustainable development, and smart city technologies
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings

• Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, or Architecture
• 20+ years of experience in urban design and planning, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Proficiency in urban design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
• Excellent project management abilities, including team leadership and client management
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience in sustainable urban development, smart city concepts, public space design, and transportation planning
• Professional certification in urban planning or design (e.g., AICP, CNU-A) is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally as required
