Associate Director - SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP maturity assessment project across relevant business functions.
• Evaluate the utilization and adoption of key SAP modules such as PP, FI/CO, MM, and others as applicable.
• Identify opportunities for optimization of SAP functionality and system usage.
• Develop a comprehensive process improvement roadmap aligned with business goals and operational needs.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare clear assessment reports, findings, and recommendations for leadership teams.
• Ensure effective project governance, timelines, and communication across stakeholders.

Required qualification

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in SAP-related or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (PP, FI/CO, MM) and their integration points.
• Experience conducting system maturity assessments or business process evaluations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
