REQUIREMENTS
• Total 13+ years of experience in project management and delivery leadership.
• Prior experience working on Salesforce projects and enterprise implementations.
• Strong background in project delivery, operational management, and team building.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in setting up or scaling delivery teams or office locations is preferred.
• Strong skills in risk management, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans as required.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with HR and leadership to hire top talent and support team expansion.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company values and performance standards.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
 
 
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
