Job Summery

Leads cross-functional problem solving and platform strategy. Operates with high autonomy and drives organization-wide understanding of TV delivery, competitive dynamics and TV + Digital market interplay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic KRAs
• Build POV on media consumption across devices & platforms in the India and position TV
• Compares TV vs Digital using first-principles media delivery
• Establishes thought leadership based on platform analytics and GTM storytelling
• Owns cross-functional strategic projects and solves ambiguous, high-impact analytical challenges

• Operational KRAs
• Reviews and refining data led GTM narratives for accuracy and strategic use
• Architects analytics dashboards used across Sales, GTM and Product
• Presents insights to senior leadership and drives decisions at channel/cluster/network levels

• Autonomy & Decision-Making
• High autonomy; independent prioritizes, defines analytical frameworks and decisions. Seeks senior alignment only for high-impact choices

• Leadership & People Responsibilities
• Leads project specific teams
• Mentors and upskills junior analysts
• May set objectives, give performance input and guide capability building
• Ensures delivery excellence across workstreams

• Accountability & Outcomes
• Accountable for output quality, delivery timelines and strategic impact of analytics
• Drives strategic influence on Product, Sales, Revenue and Content

Skills & Attributes:
• Deep BARC, 3rd party media delivery measurement understanding
• Deep expertise in media maths, digital currencies, cross-screen delivery
• Strong problem-solving across ambiguous issues
• Influences senior stakeholders with clarity and data
• Builds frameworks, not just analyses – first principles-based media ecosystem understanding

Preferred Education & Experience:
• MBA with 8–12 years in media analytics, planning or revenue strategy roles within broadcasters/media publishers. Expert in BARC, TV measurement, cross-media modelling and portfolio-level analysis.
