About the Role:
Associate Director Pre Sales will support revenue growth by driving pre-sales strategy, solution and proposal development and commercial enablement for the Enterprise business. Partnering closely with the Business Development and Sales teams, the key focus will be on creating compelling client solutions, shaping pitches, and strengthening win rates through strategic storytelling and data-led solutioning that unlock monetisation and long-term partnerships, positioning JioStar as a preferred partner for advertisers, agencies and partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Pre Sales Strategy & Solutioning:
Lead the development of customised, insight-led business transformation proposals for target media, entertainment and sports companies, advertisers, agencies, and partners, aligning JioStar’s platform capabilities, content offerings, and monetisation models to their objectives.

Sales Enablement & Deal Support:
Partner closely with Business Development teams to support deal cycles end-to-end, from opportunity identification to high impact pitches and closure. Strengthen conversion through compelling narratives, solution frameworks, and data-backed recommendations.

Platform-led Storytelling & Value Proposition:
Translate JioStar’s enterprise-grade platform capabilities into clear, differentiated propositions for advertisers and partners. Articulate how platform, data, and content come together to drive measurable outcomes across acquisition, engagement, and monetisation.

Go-to-Market & Pitch Development:
Develop high-quality pitch decks, proposals, and go-to-market materials tailored to advertiser needs. Enable effective communication of offerings across subscription, advertising, and partnership-led models.

Market Intelligence & Insights:
Leverage market data, audience insights, and competitive intelligence to inform proposals and strengthen positioning. Translate insights into actionable narratives that resonate with advertisers and partners.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across business development, content, product, marketing and communications, analytics, finance and other functions to design integrated solutions. Ensure alignment between customer advertisers and partners needs and internal capabilities for seamless execution.

Pipeline Support & Governance: Maintain visibility on active opportunities, track proposal progress, and support timely turnaround of deliverables. Contribute to structured reviews and reporting for leadership visibility.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
•
8–10 years of experience in pre-sales, sales strategy, solutioning, or related roles, preferably in media, OTT, advertising, or digital platforms.
•
Strong experience in developing client-facing proposals, pitch decks, and go-to-market narratives in a B2B or platform-led environment.
•
Understanding of digital advertising, content monetisation, and DTC ecosystems, including subscription, ad-supported, and partnership-led models.
•
Ability to translate data, insights, and platform capabilities into compelling client solutions and narratives.
•
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
•
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
•
Commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, packaging, and deal structures.
•
MBA or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or strategy roles preferred.
