Associate Director, Delivery & Program Management - AI & Data Engineering

Brillio is looking for an Analytics Delivery Lead, AI & Data Engineering with a strong Data, Analytics and AI background, who will shape and drive growth within the Data, Analytics and AI practice.
The position will require the person to focus on driving delivery, innovation and growth, bringing thought leadership across domain and technology. This requires the person to have very strong understanding and experience in end-to-end Data Analytics lifecycle including Business Intelligence, Big Data, AI / ML and Advanced Analytics.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a hands-on technical background and a proven track record in the same or similar level role in a well-established Digital Transformation, Consulting or Analytics Service Provider companies.
Delivery Leaders in the Data & AI practice are trusted advisors to their customers. He / she will be responsible for delivering Data & AI, partnering with the client sponsors and leadership to identify and solution the next big opportunity areas for the customer and establish Brillio thought leadership relevant for the customer.

Job Responsibilities::
• Manage and drive large engagement ensuring high level of customer success, flawless delivery and innovation.

• Map customer vision & requirements to specific data / analytics / AI solutions and components.

• Showcase strong delivery management skills along with good understanding of budgeting and estimations.

• Be growth focused, proactively position new capabilities, and showcase a solutioning mindset to identify and develop new opportunities and solve client’s problems.

• Delivery of Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Operations Improvement/Turnaround, Change Management projects.

• Mentor and coach clients and team members to enhance their ability to deliver on the agreed data strategy.

• Assemble a team of analysts & engineers and deliver proof of concept or MVP as needed to showcase value and ensure a long-lasting and fruitful customer relationship.

• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed schedule and budget while ensuring quality.

• Deliver clear and consistent communications within projects and across stakeholders of all levels.

• Manage expectations daily to keep everyone aligned and updated on the developments.

Job Requirements::
• 10-12 years of career span managing and delivering engagements with focus on some or full value stream of data & analytics – big data, visualization, insights generation and AI / ML.

• Deep understanding of modern technology trends and technology itself within the Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and AI.

• Lean mindset, combining technology and entrepreneurial skills with core management skills.
