Job Summary -
The role’s core objective is to develop and manage branding, positioning creatives, and messaging for JioStar entertainment’s ad solutions through creative campaign strategy & execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Brand and Positioning:
• • Develop and manage branding, positioning creatives, and messaging for JioStar entertainment’s ad solutions.
• B2B Promotion plans for growing suite of ad-products, awareness and intent driving campaigns for content across linear & digital
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Thought Leadership Development:
• Create insightful reports, playbooks, case studies, and thought leadership content to strengthen JioStar entertainment position in the advertising industry.
• Build advocacy through testimonials and interviews (video and text) with industry experts.
• Position JioStar as a thought leader by securing speaking opportunities for leadership at key industry events and conferences.
• Creation, launch and promotion of IPs building industry narratives
• Campaign strategy and execution across media
• Lead PR initiatives for the ad sales team, ensuring alignment with the central PR and communications teams.
• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to promote JioStar's advertising solutions and achievements.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in marketing strategies and user experiences.
• Execution of both promotional campaigns and marketing materials, including development of sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, product videos, web page content, event content and execution, PR and communication
Skills & Attributes for success:
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across Product, Sales, Business, Solutions and Research, and central marketing teams
• Create compelling sales and marketing collateral to drive adoption and comprehension of JioStar entertainment products
• Proven experience in brand management, thought leadership, public relations, and growth marketing in a B2B environment and strong understanding of the media landscape
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to craft compelling messaging aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Expertise in campaign analytics, lead nurturing, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in leveraging data insights for marketing strategy and decision-making.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to lead teams and drive impactful marketing campaigns through effective leadership and team management skills
