Associate Director - Content & Production

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a visionary Associate Director - Content & Production to lead the development and execution of engaging content strategies that will define our entertainment ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that Qiddiya delivers world-class experiences through innovative storytelling and high-quality production across various platforms and mediums.

Your expertise will shape the creative direction and oversee the production process of diverse content, from live events to digital media, enhancing the overall visitor experience in our unique destination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Qiddiya’s vision and objectives.
• Lead the production team in the creation of engaging multimedia content, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling narratives and productions that resonate with a diverse audience.
• Oversee the end-to-end production process, including planning, scripting, filming, and post-production, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and audience engagement metrics to refine content offerings and maximize impact.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies and production vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality deliverables.
• Foster a creative and collaborative environment within the team, encouraging innovation and excellence in content development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in content production and management, preferably within the entertainment, media, or related industries.
• Proven track record of overseeing successful content projects from inception to completion with measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide creative talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Familiarity with various content production technologies and platforms.
• A deep understanding of audience dynamics, engagement strategies, and current trends in the entertainment industry.
