Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril is hiring a Senior Manager, Capital Markets to design and execute debt and structured financing solutions that enable the company’s most ambitious initiatives. This role sits within Anduril’s Investor Relations & Capital Markets team and is explicitly outward-facing and execution-focused, with a primary emphasis on debt capital markets.
ABOUT THE JOB
You will translate Anduril’s operational and financial needs—spanning manufacturing, hardware deployment, and infrastructure—into well-structured, executable financing transactions across both corporate and asset-backed contexts.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in leveraged finance, private credit, project finance, or structured financing, who are comfortable operating in complex, non-standard environments and driving transactions from structuring through close. You will own relationships with banks, private credit funds, and other debt capital providers, and partner closely with Finance and Treasury to align financing strategy with liquidity, capital allocation, and long-term planning. Success in this role means ensuring that access to debt capital is a strategic advantage, not a constraint.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead end-to-end execution of debt transactions
• Drive financings from initial structuring through diligence, negotiation, and closing across credit facilities, term loans, and structured debt
• Structure solutions across corporate and asset-backed contexts
• Develop financing approaches tailored to Anduril’s operating model, including situations that do not fit traditional corporate lending frameworks
• Partner with Finance and Treasury
• Align financing strategies with liquidity planning, capital allocation priorities, and broader financial strategy
• Own lender engagement and process management
• Build and manage relationships with banks, private credit funds, and institutional lenders; run financing processes and coordinate diligence
• Operate across a range of debt structures
• Execute primarily corporate debt transactions, with flexibility to incorporate asset-backed or hybrid structures where appropriate
• Drive speed, certainty, and flexibility in capital access
• Ensure the company can move quickly by proactively developing financing capacity and options
• Negotiate and close transactions
• Lead term sheet negotiation, documentation, and closing processes in partnership with Legal and Finance leadership
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 6–10+ years of experience in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, private credit, or structured finance
• Significant experience executing debt transactions end-to-end, including structuring, diligence, and closing
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, capital structures, and lender dynamics
• Experience working directly with banks, direct lenders, and private credit funds
• Ability to independently drive complex, external-facing processes under tight timelines
• Advanced financial modeling skills with a focus on credit and downside analysis
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in structured or asset-backed financing (e.g., equipment finance, receivables facilities, project-based debt)
• Experience in capital-intensive or operationally complex industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, manufacturing, infrastructure)
• Familiarity with government contracting environments
WHAT WE VALUE
• High ownership and accountability for external execution
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving situations
• Strong judgment in structuring and negotiating complex transactions
• Bias toward action and results
• Alignment with Anduril’s mission
