This role combines pre-sales involvement, delivery leadership, and solution architecture, making it ideal for a consultant who is equally comfortable engaging with clients at a strategic level and driving complex SAP CX projects through to successful completion. Key responsibilities Pre-sales activities: Actively participate in and lead pre-sales engagements, including client discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and effort estimation. Contribute to shaping winning offers by leveraging your functional and technical expertise in SAP CX. Delivery management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP CX projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. Act as the primary point of accountability between the client and the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle. SAP CX architecture: Define and own the solution architecture for SAP CX implementations, ensuring design decisions are scalable, aligned with client business goals, and consistent with SAP best practices across the CX suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Delivery process structuring and governance: Structure, standardise, and continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies within the practice. Put in place the right governance frameworks to ensure consistency, predictability, and quality across all project engagements. Required profile 7 or more years of experience in SAP CX or SAP CRM consulting, with a proven track record on complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Solid experience in pre-sales activities and client engagement at a senior level. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage delivery teams and project governance. Strong SAP CX architecture skills across one or more modules of the suite. Fluent in French and English, written and spoken. Nice to have SAP CX or SAP BTP certification. Experience in a practice lead or competency lead role. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies. Knowledge of SAP integration patterns and middleware.
