This full time opportunity for a general dentist is available at our partnered practice in Port Charlotte, Florida.

What You'll Do:

Provide comprehensive general and advanced dentistry, including crowns, bridges, implants (placement and restoration), basic endodontics, surgical extractions/grafting, and cosmetic procedures.

Lead treatment planning, case management, and patient education with a focus on high-quality, patient‑centered care.

Mentor hygienists and support staff; contribute to staff training and clinical standards.

Collaborate on implementing business strategy, clinical protocols, and growth initiatives.

Participate in practice improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

Current unrestricted license to practice in Florida in good standing

New grads welcome to apply but must have a growth mindset and a willingness to be mentored.

Proficient in digital dentistry (CBCT imaging, digital scanning technologies), simple to moderate implant cases, cosmetics, and restorative treatments.

Demonstrated capability to build patient rapport, manage treatment expectations, and maintain strong clinical outcomes.

Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with office management and clinical staff toward shared goals.
