We’re seeking an Associate Dentist to join a highly respected senior dentist in Naples, Florida. This role is designed for a clinician who wants to start part-time, grow into a full-time schedule over several months, and grow in a well-established practice. The Role
Provide comprehensive dental care including crowns, bridges, implants (placement and restoration), endodontics, grafting, and cosmetic dentistry
Collaborate on treatment planning and patient education with clarity, empathy, and consistency
Work closely with the entire team to maintain high clinical and operational standards
Contribute to the long-term direction of the practice as it transitions to new leadership
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Florida dental license in good standing
Ideally 5–10 years of experience (flexible for the right candidate)
Strong communicator who works well in a team-based environment
Comfortable with digital dentistry and modern restorative techniques
Professional, steady presence when challenges arise
Long-term mindset with interest in leadership and eventual ownership
