The Role
Provide comprehensive care: crowns, bridges, implants (placement and restoration), endo, grafting, and cosmetics.
Lead treatment planning and patient education with empathy and excellence.
Collaborate with team members to elevate the standard of care.
Help shape the future of the practice—both clinically and operationally—as we transition to new leadership over time.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Florida license in good standing
Strong communication and leadership skills—able to connect with both staff and patients
Proficiency in digital dentistry and restorative techniques
A calm, professional demeanor when operational or technical issues arise
Desire for long-term growth and potential ownership
