Purpose of Job

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery for our Mainsail™ commercial excellence platform. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in dynamic delivery environments.

We'll trust you to::
• Own delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering through release across Mainsail modules (CRM, IC, forecasting, reporting, mobile, etc).
• Act as primary liaison between clients, internal delivery and engineering teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across all active delivery projects.
• Translate client business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with Mainsail’s configurable architecture.
• Drive adoption of tools and best practices for project tracking.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements typical in life sciences.

You'll need to have::
• 7+ years in technical delivery or software development, with at least 2–3 years as Delivery Manager or equivalent.
• Strong background in Web Technologies (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server.
• Experience in SaaS product delivery, ideally inthe life sciences or healthcare domain.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
