Purpose of Role/Summary:

The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day trading operations to ensure efficient, controlled, and compliant execution of trading activities. This includes monitoring market conditions and events, assessing their impact on client accounts, and managing risk exposure across different client classifications (A-Book, B-Book, etc.). The position supports stable trading performance through system oversight, hedging execution, daily P&L reporting, and analysis of client trading behavior, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and external liquidity and technology providers to maintain smooth and compliant trading operations.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

•    Track the market news and corporate events and determine the implementations on the clients’ accounts accordingly
•    Monitor and maintain the department's trading systems & tools
•    Monitor company CFD portfolio with relation to Market and Capital Adequacy risk
•    Track and monitor liquidity provider instrument specifications, margin changes, transactions, announcements, financing, and fee costs, among other relevant factors
•    Support department with risk mitigation strategies, including dynamic re-hedging and liquidity routing
•    Collaborate with the Risk Manager, Product team, Technical Support and Customer Service departments in VIP and customize and accounts setup and operations
•    Maintain deal recording and P&L daily
•    Follow hedging strategy for A, and C book clients and Net volume
•    Execute and confirm trades with liquidity providers or internal books across all instruments
•    Monitor clients' transactions and activities and examine their behaviors using Risk Management software, while efficiently analyze and leverage data for comprehensive insights
•    Resolve customer service, audit, management, regulatory inquiries and addressing requests promptly and effectively.
•    Conduct follow-ups with third party vendors in relation to infrastructure, risk systems, Plugin, Liquidity and Bridge providers to ensure smooth Trading operations
•    Evaluate clients and assign them based on their trading activities as either A-Book, B-Book, C-Book or STP-Book
•    Any other duties and projects assigned by line manager

Required Skills & Experience:

•    University Degree in Finance or Economics
•    3+ years' experience in CFD, FX, Brokerage field
•    Strong experience in trading platforms MT4, MT5 and Risk systems
•    Strong analytical and numerical skills
•    Any experience with Bridges will be considered as an advantage
•    CySec Advanced certificate will be considered as an advantage
•    Fluency in English
•    Able to work shifts (5 day work)
