Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Choreograph team, you will be involved in the Intelligence Service offering below:
1. Support the team in delivering timely and useful ad-hoc and commissioned intelligence and insights projects based on audience planning, media behavior, and consumer insights, to internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day work includes, but is not limited to, data runs, report writing, data analysis, dataset management, participation in client meetings and presentations, vendor negotiations, training, and other insights-related functions. You are expected to leverage both proprietary and secondary data and research tools to help provide clients, agency teams, and other key stakeholders with data and insights needed for the successful running of their work.
2. Be familiar with WPP Media’s DPAM framework and understand the Open Media Studio (OMS) and Open Media Assistant (OMA) process and usage. You will train to become adept at the different modules within the DPAM and OMS modules, pass all required e-learning and certification exams, be recognized as a subject matter expert, and help the core OMS training team on areas of support such as usage tracking, training reminders and delivering platform updates to the broader WPP Media group to ensure a successful rollout of the training and adoption plan.
You will be the subject matter expert in identifying where to find data, which data to use, how to use it, and which platforms to use to help drive Choreograph value proposition across the group and too clients.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
• Apply theory and practice behind data-driven insight
• Become familiar with the internal and external analytics tools and research sources available
• Have an in-depth understanding of the business problems of assigned verticals, their context, and their communications environment
• Weave data into compelling stories built around meaningful and relevant consumer insights
• Support development of new opportunities within the Choreograph framework to optimize Choreograph intelligence service offerings
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
• Be the point person for audience and media behavior understanding, insights generation, data and analytics
• Be the subject matter expert in data-driven insight, audience behavior, and market intelligence reporting
• Help design, generate and implement sustainable Choreograph service plans, whether for bespoke or ad-hoc projects or custom business intelligence.
• Generate and interpret data via tools (eg. ATL – Nielsen and Kantar; Digital – Sysomos, Global Web Index; Research & Insights – Audience Origin, Open Media Studio (OMS), OMA, DPAM
• Develop thorough analytic, insights and audience and market intelligence reports with actionable learnings and recommendations
• Be a collaborator and integrator for insights and analytics work with client pod teams or other stakeholders
• Create and present compelling recommendations with the use of data and consumer insights
• Be the trusted advisor of our client leaders and key clients for communications needs revolving around data analysis and audience and media behavior and tools usage
