Associate Creative Director (Supervisory role, Creative Agency)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative team in the development and execution of innovative design concepts.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual and creative designs across various mediums.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
• Review and approve final designs, layouts, and artwork.
• Mentor and inspire creative team members and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design projects.
• Expertise in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into impactful designs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
