Associate Counsel, Marketing

We are currently seeking an Associate Marketing Counsel to join our team and support a leading F500 client. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly well-known global technology company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on product initiatives, marketing campaigns, and related commercial arrangements.

• Support partnerships, vendor relationships, and third-party agreements tied to products and marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient legal review and compliance processes.

• Ensure adherence to privacy, advertising, consumer protection, and industry-specific standards as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in the U.S.

• Minimum 3-7+ years of experience in product counsel, marketing law, and/or technology transactions, preferably in-house.

• Knowledge of marketing, privacy, and advertising-related legal considerations.

• Experience supporting product launches or commercial initiatives in technology or consumer-focused industries.

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $140,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
