We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Management Professional to support end-to-end contract lifecycle processes across commercial agreements. This role involves drafting, reviewing, redlining, and tracking contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, MoUs, and vendor agreements. You will play a key role in ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining a structured repository and tracking critical milestones.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to contract negotiations, risk identification, and timely execution of agreements. The role requires a strong understanding of contract structures, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also support internal processes by coordinating approvals, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management, from drafting to execution and renewal
• Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, MoUs, and vendor contracts
• Track contract milestones such as deadlines, renewals, terminations, and deliverables
• Maintain and organize contract repository ensuring proper documentation and archiving
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for contract preparation and negotiations
• Assist in identifying risks and provide recommendations through contract reviews and redlines
• Monitor contractual obligations to ensure compliance and flag potential issues
• Coordinate approvals, signatures, and documentation as per internal processes
• Support continuous improvement of contract management workflows and systems
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial support roles
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
• Excellent drafting, reviewing, and redlining skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to interpret legal and business language effectively
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document management tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Basic understanding of contract law, compliance, and risk assessment
• Experience with contract management tools or exposure to procurement/sales contracting environments is a plus
