Your Job:
As the Associate Content Producer at Brooks, you will support and assist with the production of assets to deliver creative team led content projects. You will assist on everything from budgeting to on the ground production of creative team led photo shoots and other asset creation needs.
Your Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with other producers and creative team members to produce assets from start to finish – ensure delivery of stellar creative while hitting each milestone on-time and on-budget.
• Line produce projects as needed.
• Set up photography, illustration, and motion portfolio reviews for the creative team.
• Collect request for bid information from producers and project managers to assist in the development of project budgets, production schedules, and preproduction planning.
• Manage the day-to-day workflow on your assignments. Track project progress and escalate potential risks to deadlines, deliverables, and budget to the Manager, Creative Content Production.
• Support communication and collaboration with internal business partners, (such as product marketing, legal, accounting) and external vendors (such as photographers, designers, art directors, stylists, digital techs, Hair + Make-up, line producers, retouch resources etc.).
• Help to develop a culture of exceptional service, trust, and executional excellence.
• Initiate vendor paperwork (including NDAs, requests for new contracts, new vendor paperwork, etc.) and manage invoice process in collaboration with other producers and/or managers.
• Support other producers on larger productions, which can include tasks such as supporting shoot oversight, securing product, assistance with meeting materials and meeting coordination.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent combination of education and years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree(s)
• 1+ years of experience in creative production
• Previous experience budgeting, estimating and resource management preferred
• Basic understanding of project specifications and channel deliverable formats
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and track multiple project tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to get things done
• Sound judgment and effective prioritization skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
• Ability to change the status quo – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details
• Travel up to 15%

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $28.57 - $40.02 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
