Associate Content Producer

Forbes Advisor is a new initiative for consumers under the Forbes Marketplace umbrella that provides journalist- and expert-written insights, news and reviews on all things personal finance.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Publishing Associate to join our fast-paced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) team. This role plays a key part in the execution of paid media campaigns by building, formatting, and maintaining high-quality landing pages across Forbes Advisor properties using WordPress and Builder.io CMS platforms.

Working closely with Content Managers, Operations Lead, and mainly the Publishing Manager, you’ll ensure that pages are built quickly, accurately, and aligned with campaign requirements. You’ll also help maintain publishing standards across the team by supporting workflow consistency and collaborating on branded content requests.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and update landing pages in WordPress and Builder.io CMS platforms with high speed and accuracy.
• Follow structured publishing workflows and manage tasks independently from intake queues.
• Work closely with the Publishing Manager to ensure pages are campaign-ready and aligned with messaging and intent.
• Identify and escalate CMS issues to management and suggest practical solutions for process improvement.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring all pages are error-free and meet formatting standards.
• Support peer learning and informal training for other team members on CMS usage and publishing best practices.
• Help uphold publishing SLAs and timelines, especially for time-sensitive campaign launches.

• 2+ years of experience working with CMS platforms, especially WordPress or Builder.io (AEM or similar experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to format and publish web content accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across remote, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently manage time and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, agile environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus but not required.
