Associate/Consultant Salesforce Marketing Cloud (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You support the end-to-end implementation process of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our clients, including planning, implementation, training, and maintenance.
• You develop and implement targeted, data-driven CRM marketing campaigns along the customer journey using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• You collaborate closely with experienced experts in our team to ensure seamless project execution and optimal solutions for our clients.
• You assist in creating loyalty programs, retention strategies, nurturing concepts, and lead scoring models to drive client success.
• You work with various Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Advertising Studio, Social Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• You occasionally travel to clients and attend offsite events (e.g., Salesforce events).

What we require::
• You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, experience in Salesforce Account Engagement (previously Pardot) is a plus.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is required.
• You are an absolute team player with a hands-on mentality combined with a structured, proactive, and data-driven approach.
• You are willing to take on new projects and grow every day. 
• You are fluent in English and German.
