The Role

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to support our advisory teams on high-impact projects. This role is ideal for professionals with analytical skills, an interest in the legal or public sector, and a desire to gain exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with Senior Advisors to deliver research, data analysis, client materials, and practical recommendations that directly support our clients’ goals.

While this role operates in a hybrid work model, consultants and advisors are expected to attend client sites when required to support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, workshops, or other client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis relevant to client projects

• Support the development of presentations, reports, and other client deliverables

• Assist in mapping processes, workflows, and organizational structures

• Collaborate with Senior Advisors to prepare strategic recommendations

• Facilitate project logistics and stakeholder communications

• Learn and contribute to best practices in legal and public sector consulting

Ideal Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in consulting, law, public policy, government, or related fields

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills

• Interest in legal institutions, governance, or public sector operations

• Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural teams

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
